Puppy and Kitten Wellness Visits

A crucial step in welcoming a new puppy or kitten to the family is to schedule a new pet visit with us. During this visit, your vet will conduct a comprehensive “nose-to-tail” physical exam.

Our experienced team will also provide essential information on vaccinations, proper nutrition, behavior and training, socialization, and wellness plans tailored to your pet’s needs. Our valuable, popular “puppy care pack” or “kitten care pack” is full of resources to help you navigate this exciting journey.

• Vaccinations: Vaccinations protect puppies and kittens from harmful infectious diseases and support a lifetime of good health. Vaccines give you years and years of love, fun, and bonding with your fur baby!
• Deworming: We routinely deworm puppies and kittens to eliminate internal parasites, which are hard on young immune systems and sometimes dangerous to humans.

• Parasite prevention: Your vet will prescribe a safe, effective prevention product to protect your new best friend from fleas, ticks, heartworms, and many more gross parasites.

• Microchipping: Microchips help bring lost pets home to their families. Be sure to microchip your new pet to increase the chances of a happy reunion.

• Spaying or neutering: Fixing puppies and kittens at the proper age helps prevent certain cancers, curb behavior problems, and prevent unwanted litters.
