Boarding Requirements

I understand a physical exam and core vaccinations are required for my pet to board at Eno Animal Hospital, to ensure the health and safety of both my pet and all boarding pets. If my pet needs these updates, I understand they will be performed during the boarding stay after being deemed safe by the veterinarian. I understand there is additional cost and assume all financial responsibility for these boarding requirements.

Boarding requirements for dogs: wellness exam, rabies vaccination, distemper/parvo vaccination, Bordetella vaccination, influenza vaccination, intestinal parasite screen (fecal test). Does your pup need any of the following?

To the best of my knowledge, my pet is free of contagious diseases and external parasites. I understand if fleas or ticks are found on my pet, appropriate treatment must and will be administered, at additional cost to me, to help my pet and to prevent the spread of fleas or ticks.
