Favorite memory together: Playing fetch in an empty baseball field and then Scout running and lying in the mud.

He used to play so hard we thought he’d give himself a heart attack, and he always wanted to find some sort of water puddle to lie down in…so he chose the mud!

How did you meet your pet? Scout was a result of an old neighbor’s accidental litter. He was a few weeks old and such a sweet pup that little 12-year-old Hunter had to have him. Fifteen years (and change) later, and [Scout was] with us every moment of it.
