Client Care Coordinator
You are the welcoming voice and face of Eno! Everyone who calls or walks through our doors, especially in difficult circumstances, deserves our very best.
Your role: to keep our appointment book full and scheduled correctly; manage patient records; communicate between pet parents and the medical team; maintain a smooth flow of patients; and ensure all payments are received and processed properly
As customer service pros, C3s must work well under pressure. You must stay organized, keep thorough and accurate notes, be patient and positive, establish camaraderie, and communicate with kindness. C3s also love promoting Eno, plus spoiling each unique fur baby.
Starting pay: $13 to $16.50 per hour, based on experience and expertise

Veterinary Assistant
This is an integral position helping pets, pet parents, the team, and our veterinarians. Especially as we grow, you must ensure pets and pet parents have an exemplary Fear Free Eno experience. Vet assistants juggle many tasks and must smoothly navigate our busy schedule.
Your role: to assist in all manners of expert care, and always go above and beyond to provide the best preventative medicine and treatment for both healthy and sick pets
You’ll create happy visits per Fear Free protocols, educate pet parents on best care and treatment options, and facilitate strong, ethical, kind communication. Clear, honest communication and a commitment to education are crucial to this role. You must be warm and accepting of many different types of pets and people.
Vet assistants perform lab work, vaccinations, various treatments, laser therapy, and radiographs. You’re responsible for drawing blood, placing IV catheters, performing dental cleanings, assisting with surgery, and monitoring anesthesia and recovery.
If you have some experience and are eager to grow, we actively support a strong desire to learn and build on your skills and knowledge.
Starting pay: $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience and expertise, 1 year experience required

Groomer
Our spa days are so popular, we’re often booked well in advance! Our team needs a great full-time groomer to help pets through personalized, loving grooming care.
Your role: to provide a full range of grooming services, customized for each dog or cat, with gentle handling & respect for the whole pet
You must be skilled in bathing, brushing, blow drying, various shampoo and coat-conditioning treatments, shave-downs, safely removing matted fur, and functional haircuts for dogs and cats. You will help educate pet parents on the importance of grooming and must recognize and report any common health issues (ears, skin, and the like) to our medical team.
We believe grooming is an essential part of pet health and can be transformational. We have a private, quiet, cozy grooming suite with lots of natural light and a hydraulic grooming tub and table. We’re a Fear Free hospital with a low-stress environment: gentle handling a must.
Kind, open, forthright communication with pet parents is crucial. You must be courteous, friendly, and thorough with each pet parent who brings a fur baby in for a spa day. You must check in each grooming patient, take careful notes, document grooming services, and reach out warmly to pet parents with any questions, concerns, and when grooming pets are ready to go home.
