To Keep Everyone Safe From COVID-19

We’re proud to have stayed fully open since the very start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

BOOK NOW

Eno Animal Hospital is an essential business, as we offer life-sustaining care. The most important thing is to remain fully open so we can keep helping your pets.

Staying healthy for Mavis hugs!

First: Masks are required at Eno. #1: To keep everybody safe and healthy. #2. To protect our beautifully diverse Eno family, some of whom are immuno-compromised, have health issues, or need extra protection.

Second: We have many options for care, including curbside check-in, valet visits, and day admissions.

Curbside Check-in 101

Our team is so happy to welcome the Eno family safely back inside. We’re also happy to provide a mask.

#1. Call us when you get here. #2. We’ll invite you to come in with your pet. One pet parent per happy visit! Exceptions can be made at your vet’s discretion. #3. To check out, we’ll escort you and your pet to the front desk.

To use curbside check-in, you must…

  • Have a visit with a veterinarian booked for curbside check-in.
  • Keep food and drinks outside.
  • Be healthy. Please let us know if you’ve been sick in the prior two weeks so we can reschedule your visit accordingly.
  • Wear a mask or face covering. Eno team members will all be wearing masks.

Would you prefer to stay in the parking lot while your pet has a happy visit inside? You can book a valet visit!

Valet Visits 101

Dory is ready for her happy visit.

#1: Call us when you get here and tell us what parking space you’re in. #2: A team member will come outside to fetch your pet. Your vet will call you during the visit with exam findings and any treatment plan. #3: When your pet is ready to go, we’ll call you to take payment by phone and bring your pet back to you. Watch a valet visit in action.

Valet visits are scheduled exactly like regular visits. Please stay at Eno while we see your pet. You must be available to take our call and here when your pet is ready to come back outside. Otherwise, your pet is left waiting while we have other pets to see.

We have a busy schedule and work hard to be prompt and efficient. You help us succeed when you stay here. Check out adorable Eno fur babies on our Facebook while you wait!

If you have children with you, we’ll use valet service so everyone will be safe in the car.

Day Admission Spots

Day admissions are reserved for pets who need to see the vet when pet parents cannot make a specific visit time. We admit pets for day admissions from 7:45 to 8:15 a.m.

Call us when you arrive, and we’ll take it from there with valet service. We promise to keep your pet comfy and call you with exam findings and any treatment plan.

Aphrodite deserves the very best care.

Just call us when you come back at your designated discharge time. We’ll take payment by phone and bring your pet back to you.

How to Pick Up Something for Your Pet
