Things are looking up!
During the COVID-19 crisis, we had a great plan to keep everyone safe. We’re so proud we stayed fully open to help so many pets. Our amazing Eno family kept us going and strong through these tumultuous times.

We are committed to providing pets the best care and pet parents the best service. Eno Animal Hospital is an essential business, as we offer life-sustaining and life-saving care.

The COVID-19 pandemic is unprecedented. While we have made great strides as a community to lessen the danger and impact of COVID-19, the virus is still with us. We must protect, and never risk, the health of our community.

We continue to make every effort to help pets and support pet parents safely. We’re always doing our best, but we know it’s been hard. We know the hardest part of all is not being able to come inside the hospital with your fur babies.

So we’re thrilled we can now invite one pet parent inside for each vet visit! We repeat: One pet parent inside per visit. Masks are required for our new option called curbside check-in.

Curbside Check-in 101

Curbside check-in is a lot like a valet visit, with one big improvement: You can accompany your fur baby inside!

#1. Call us when you get here, and tell us what parking space you’re in. #2. A team member will come outside and escort your pet and you—one pet parent—into a designated, sanitized exam room. You must wear a mask or face covering at all times. #3. At the end of the visit, we will escort you to the front desk to check out.

Valet visits are still an option! Any pet parent who prefers a valet visit can have one, meaning you stay in the parking lot while we see your pet inside. Please note: We will continue to use valet visits for all day admissions, surgery admissions, and grooming and boarding pets.

When you book your visit, let us know if you prefer a valet visit or curbside check-in. Starting July 5!

We’re so happy to see Ginger’s pet parent!
Curbside Check-in Musts

Remember: To use curbside check-in and come inside for a vet visit, you must…

  • Have a visit, booked for curbside check-in, with a veterinarian—not a day admission, surgery admission, or grooming or boarding pet.
  • Keep food and drinks outside.
  • Be healthy. Please let us know if you’ve been sick in the prior two weeks, and we can reschedule your visit accordingly.
  • Wear a mask or face covering. The Eno team will all be wearing masks.
  • Sit and stay in the exam room! Help us practice social distancing as best you can. We will not be able to stay six feet apart during the entire visit, but we will do our best to practice the best safety protocols.

If you need to bring your children with you, we will be sure to use valet service. We want everyone to be safe in the car while we see pets inside!

The New New Normal

Your cooperation and support make our work so much better and less stressful, especially as we all work together to navigate COVID-19 and best help your pets.

We are doing our very best. We will continue to make the best decisions to keep everyone safe.

We have always followed the best practices of sanitization in our hospital. We thoroughly disinfect surfaces after each and every use; plus deep cleanings are regular maintenance.

Your designated exam room will be thoroughly cleaned before and after you and your pet have a happy visit. We will also disinfect the lobby area and offer multiple hand sanitizer stations.

Our team is training hard on curbside check-in. We need to prepare for this new option, and we want to make curbside check-in easy and enjoyable as we focus on best care and best service. Your Eno experience matters to us!

If you have any questions about curbside check-in, please call us at (919) 471-0308. Our team is so happy to welcome our Eno family safely back inside.

Welcome back Eno family. We missed you.
