Eno Animal Hospital is an essential business, as we offer life-sustaining and life-saving care. We’ve proudly stayed fully open since the very start of the pandemic since we have a great COVID-19 plan.

The COVID-19 pandemic is unprecedented. While we have made great strides as a community, the virus is still with us. We must protect, and never risk, the health of our team and pet parents.

Our amazing Eno family keeps us going through these tumultuous times. The most important thing is to stay healthy so we can stay open–and keep helping your pets!

Please note: Masks are required at Eno. #1: To keep everybody safe and healthy. And #2. We are a private vet hospital with a beautifully diverse Eno family, some of whom are immune-compromised, have health issues, or need extra protection.

Curbside Check-in 101

Curbside check-in is a lot like a valet visit, with one big improvement: You can accompany your fur baby inside for a happy visit!

#1. Call us when you get here. #2. We’ll invite you to come in with your pet. One pet parent per visit please! Your visit will be in a sanitized exam room, and you must wear a mask or face covering at all times. #3. At the end of the visit, we’ll escort you and your pet to the front desk to check out.

Valet service are still an option! Any pet parent who prefers a valet visit can have one, meaning you stay in the parking lot while we see your pet inside. Please note: We will continue to use valet service for all day admissions, surgery admissions, and grooming and boarding pets.

Curbside Check-in Musts

Remember: To use curbside check-in, you must…

  • Have a visit with a veterinarian booked for curbside check-in.
  • Keep food and drinks outside.
  • Be healthy. Please let us know if you’ve been sick in the prior two weeks, and we can reschedule your visit accordingly.
  • Wear a mask or face covering. The Eno team will all be wearing masks.
  • Sit and stay in the exam room! Help us practice social distancing as best you can. We will not be able to stay six feet apart during the entire visit, but we will do our best to practice the best safety protocols.

If you need to bring your children with you, we will be sure to use valet service. We want everyone to be safe in the car while we see pets inside.

We are doing our very best. We will continue to make the best decisions to keep everyone safe.

We have always followed the best practices of sanitation in our hospital. We thoroughly disinfect surfaces after each and every use, plus deep cleanings are regular maintenance.

Your designated exam room will be thoroughly cleaned before and after you and your pet have a happy visit. We will also disinfect the lobby area and offer multiple hand sanitizer stations.
